La storia di Tenuta San Vincenti

Located in the historic village of San Vincenti – first documented in 1750 – our estate is deeply connected to the tradition of Chianti Classico.

For over 50 years, Tenuta San Vincenti has been producing wines that reflect the character of this extraordinary terroir. Our first bottled vintage, released in 1974, marked the beginning of a winemaking tradition that continues to this day.

In the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena, Tenuta San Vincenti rises just outside the ancient village of San Vincenti, in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti.

For over fifty years, Tenuta San Vincenti has been enhancing its heritage while looking to the future. Today, the goal is to produce an excellent Chianti Classico, while preserving tradition and authenticity.

Spread over 60 hectares, the property includes vineyards located between 430 and 600 meters above sea level, surrounded by the Chianti woods, from which emerges a farmhouse that embodies the most authentic Tuscan tradition.

Rolling hills cultivated with vineyards and olive groves, medieval churches and historic castles characterize the landscape, offering panoramic views that stretch to the Crete Senesi, Monte Amiata and Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, history, nature and viticulture merge in perfect harmony.
